Track a shipped order

1. Open your ErayaJewel shipping confirmation email.
2. Select the tracking link or order-status link to check your shipment.
3. If the courier asks for a tracking number, copy it from your shipping confirmation.

Keep your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout handy. You may need to verify these details to view your order securely.

Waiting for your personalized jewelry?

Personalization and shipping are separate stages. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, check your order confirmation for the preparation timeframe provided for your purchase. Courier tracking follows shipment progress, not the progress of your personalization.

Tracking not showing an update?

A tracking number may appear before the courier records its first scan. Check again later. If the tracking link is missing, looks incorrect, or your delivery is taking longer than the timeframe provided for your order, please contact us.
