Thank you for choosing Eraya Jewel. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing timelines, delivery terms, and related conditions.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Standard Orders
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in India) after payment confirmation.

Custom & Personalized Orders
As our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, additional production time is required.
Dispatch timelines for customized products are typically 7–10 business days, and may extend up to 15 business days due to:

  • Customization or recrafting requirements
  • Final quality checks
  • Inventory alignment
  • Operational or manufacturing constraints
  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Customers will be informed via WhatsApp or email in case of any delay.

2. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent via email shortly after your purchase.

3. Shipping Notifications

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS with:

  • Courier partner details
  • Tracking number (AWB)

4. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, XpressBees, and other reliable providers.

Courier selection is based on serviceability and is at the discretion of Eraya Jewel.

5. Shipping Coverage & Charges

  • Delivery is available across most serviceable pin codes in India.

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Express Air Shipping

Need your order sooner?

We offer Express Air Shipping for selected locations at an additional charge of ₹200–₹300, depending on your delivery location. The applicable shipping charge will be collected after your order is placed.

Your order will be prioritized in our crafting queue and shipped via air to help ensure faster dispatch and delivery.

For availability or assistance, please contact our support team before or after placing your order.

6. Estimated Delivery Timelines (Post Dispatch)

  • Metro Cities: 3–8 business days
  • Tier II Cities: 5–10 business days
  • Tier III & Rural Areas: 7–15 business days

Overall delivery may take 5–15 business days from order confirmation.

7. Delays Disclaimer

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or festive seasons
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

While Eraya Jewel is not responsible for courier delays after dispatch, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a valid contact number.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete details may incur additional re-shipping charges.

9. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping will be processed after applicable charges are paid.

10. Partial Cash on Delivery (PCOD)

  • Available on select pin codes and orders
  • May vary based on order value and location
  • Orders may require verification before dispatch

11. Partial COD, Refusal & Re-Shipping

  • A non-refundable charge of ₹50–₹70 applies to PCOD orders
  • Customized products are made specifically for each order

If a COD/PCOD order is refused:

  • No refund will be applicable

Re-shipping after failed delivery:

  • Additional charges of ₹100–₹200 may apply

12. Replacement Policy

If you receive the wrong product, wrong finish, wrong color, or incorrect personalization due to an error from our side, we will gladly arrange a replacement.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Once the issue is verified, the incorrect item must be returned before a replacement is dispatched.

As many of our pieces are personalized and made-to-order, replacement orders may take approximately 20-30 days to be crafted and delivered.

We are committed to ensuring you receive the product you ordered and will work with you to resolve any genuine order issues as quickly as possible.
